Outreach Program

Services for Seniors has an Outreach Program.
We aim to continue to help seniors stay in their homes
longer by reducing isolation and increasing their
mental and physical health and safety.

Statistics show that 1.4 million seniors in Canada are lonely. Are you one of them?

GET CONNECTED!
